Wills WA ensures from the outset that clients are aware of all fees incurred and that the service provided is at all times open and upfront. Wills WA therefore presents an alternative to conventional and often costly consultations with general lawyers in a less personal legal setting.

WILLS WA FEES, INCLUDING GST

Included in ALL Wills WA fees: • Up to 2 x professional attendances with you (as necessary) at a location most convenient to you; • Travelling expenses within a 30km radius of Perth CBD included; • All administrative work involved with preparing a draft regular Will for approval, signing, followed by copying and binding of your Wills and/or EPA.

Will (Non Complex) - Single: $440 Wills (Non Complex) - Couple: $680 ($340 each) *Some circumstances may require more complex Wills resulting in fees above the standard rate for simple Wills. This, however, would be discussed at the outset and a quotation provided.

Fees for Combined Legal Services Will & EPA AND EPG, Advanced Health Directive - Single: $650 Wills & EPA AND EPG, Advanced Health Directive - Couple: $960

Fee for Probate Application: $990 The fee for Probate is dependent upon the value of the estate and associated complexity of preparing the Probate documents. We are happy to provide quotes at the outset.

Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) Single: $160 Enduring Power of Attorney - Couple: $280

Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG) Single: $160 Enduring Power of Guardianship Couple: $280
