Last Will & Testament, Perth Mobile Wills Lawyer
Do I need a Will and Enduring Power of Attorney? The preparation of your Last Will and Testament and Enduring Power of Attorney represents a vital step in the management and protection of your family’s financial and legal affairs. A Last Will and Testament is one of the most important documents that you will ever sign. There are few more important decisions than choosing who will look after your children and/or how your estate will be distributed after your death. It is vital that your Will accurately expresses your wishes. A Wills Kit, as opposed to a good Wills lawyer, can be risky since mistakes can be made which may turn out to be costly and unfavourable to your estate. A Will drafted by our Wills WA lawyer will ensure that your property is properly distributed according to your wishes and that your family and other beneficiaries are provided for in the future. Click on the button for more detailed information.
ENDURING POWER OF ATTORNEY (EPA)
An Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG) is a legal document that enables you to appoint a person of your choice to make personal, lifestyle and treatment decisions on your behalf if you lose the ability to make these decisions for yourself because of an illness or injury. This person becomes your enduring guardian. Enduring means it continues (endures) when you are unable to make these types of decisions for yourself. Unlike an Enduring Power of Attorney, an EPG cannot be used to appoint someone to make property and financial decisions. We recommend everyone have an enduring power of guardianship. Appointing a guardian is the only way you can have control over who will make lifestyle decisions on your behalf if you are ever unable to do so yourself.
